Winter Witchby ~songee

I started this using Minyi's tablet, but for some reason I was so terrible with it that I resorted to touchpad to finish up the rough sketch >_>

Anyways, finished in ps, took me 3-4 hours in ps, only because I kept getting distracted.

The story behind this is that Takotako up there is the witch's familiar, because black cats are old school. And I was wondering why witches always wear so little clothing. Isn't high altitude cold? So this witch has some weather appropriate and fashionable (LOL) additions to her traditional outfit.

She looks displeased because her phone gps keeps "recalculating" and its telling her the estimated arrival time is 15 hours. >( Poor Witchy girl.
